Aware Health is on a mission to break the pain cycle, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This is a key role for us as we expand, and you'll have the chance to be part of our growth journey from the ground up.

As a BDR, you'll help fuel our pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the success of our Account Executives. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with us, with potential leadership opportunities, unlimited earning potential, and equity in the company.

You'll be a key player in identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities. Reporting to our SVP, Growth, you will be an integral part of our sales engine, contributing to the identification of potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting up meetings for our Account Executives. You'll be expected to drive top-of-funnel activity, helping to build relationships and create demand for our solution.

We will invest in your growth, give you exposure to the full sales cycle with our SVP, Growth as a mentor, and ideally promote you into an AE role down the line.
