We’re hiring a Head of Product to own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution of an AI-native platform. This role blends traditional Head of Product responsibilities (end user discovery, roadmap ownership, cross-functional leadership) with deep accountability for Generative AI systems that sit at the core of the product experience.

You will be responsible not just for what we build, but how intelligence shows up in the product, how it learns, how it scales, and how it delivers real-world outcomes for users.

This is a builder role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product intuition, applied AI, and business impact. It requires a blend of deep technical expertise, solid coding abilities, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to ensure the successful execution of our technology strategy.

To date, Aware has consistently delivered savings that exceed subscription fees, contributing to 95% logo retention.

The product strategy is focused on three core objectives: Identify members at highest risk of costly intervention or chronic progression. Proactively engage those members before they enter the traditional care pathway. Deliver clinically effective alternatives that prevent unnecessary surgery and long-term disease burden, generating measurable ROI.
