At Aware Health, we empower Doctors of Physical Therapy to lead the care process, providing immediate diagnosis and evidence-based treatment to patients. You will primarily manage your diverse caseload through our cutting-edge telehealth platform, ensuring people receive high-quality care wherever they are. This is a role where you will truly practice at the top of your license, acting as the primary MSK expert, leading clinical decisions, and steering patients away from unnecessary high-cost procedures.

Clinical Autonomy and Direct Access Care: You will be the primary MSK expert, diagnosing and driving the care plan from day one. You lead the decision making.
Dynamic Hybrid Model: Enjoy the optimal blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. This role requires 1-2 days per week at our Tempe HQ (utilizing our dedicated telehealth setup) as well as working remotely from home. Additionally, expect occasional onsite days for in-person customer treatments and corporate events.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and certifications.
